Okayno has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This document describes the measures we take to prevent, detect, and report this type of content on the platform.
Okayno may only be used by people who are 13 years of age or older, as set out in our Terms of Use. The target audience declared in the store is 16 to 17 year olds and adults. Date of birth is collected at sign-up.

Violations result in immediate and permanent ban of the account, deletion of all associated content, and — when applicable — reporting to the competent authorities (in Brazil: Federal Police and SaferNet/CNDH; internationally: NCMEC and equivalent bodies).
Every profile has Block and Report buttons. Among the available reporting reasons there is the specific category "Underage", plus "Inappropriate content" and "Other" with a free-text field for detail.
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours for CSAE-related cases (a shorter window than the 72 hours used for other categories). Flagrant content is removed immediately, even before complete review.
We block sign-ups that indicate an age below the minimum at the moment of registration, via the mandatory date-of-birth field. Accounts that publicly identify as under 13 (in bio, photo, or name) are removed even without a formal report.
Since Okayno does not allow private messaging between users, the most common grooming vector (1:1 chat) does not exist on the platform.
We fully cooperate with legal requests from Brazilian and international law enforcement and judicial authorities related to CSAE. Confirmed cases are reported to:
