Okayno Terms of Use

By using Okayno you agree to these rules. They're simple: if you break them, we can suspend or delete your account without prior notice.

1. Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Okayno. By signing up, you state that the information provided is true and commit to keeping it up to date.

2. Content you post

You are responsible for everything you put on your profile (name, bio, photo, socials). The following is prohibited:

• Impersonating another person
• Posting sexual, violent, illegal, threatening, or hate content against groups
• Harassing, intimidating, or stalking other users
• Disclosing personal data of third parties without consent
• Using the app for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial activity

3. Moderation

Okayno offers blocking and reporting tools. Reports are reviewed within 72 hours. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases (such as extra okayno packs) are processed by Google Play and Apple App Store. They are consumable, non-refundable through Okayno, and valid only for the account that made the purchase. Refund policies follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made.

5. Our liability

Okayno is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee 24/7 availability or that the app will meet all your needs. We are not responsible for content posted by other users.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated inside the app.
